Meet Manhal Rizvi.

Manhal Rivzi, Junior Council Member

Manhal graduated June 2021 with a Major in Human Rights and Equity Studies and a Minor in Political Science. She found The Hunger Project through a posting for a board member position and felt the mission resonate. Being born and raised in a country where the inequality between the rich and poor is substantial, food security has been a matter close to her heart.

When Manhal saw the objective of The Hunger Project is to eradicate hunger and poverty, primarily through education and ensuring the empowerment of women, as well as our community-led approach, she knew she had to be a part of the end of hunger.
